The different forms of Arnica work at different speeds of relief and last for different lengths of time:
Arnica Spray Tincture is your fastest pain reliever, and absorbs quickly into the skin. It is the best choice for bumps, bruises, and acute injuries. Use it as soon after impact as possible. It will provide 2 hours of relief before needing re-applied.
The Arnica Oil is longer lasting, but absorbs more slowly than the spray. It is ideal for working into sore, inflamed, and over-worked muscles. A little goes a long ways.
Our Arnica Balm Stick is great for chronic pain, and can be applied quickly without making a mess. Our Arnica Balm comes in the form of a twist-up tube, making it convenient to keep in your purse or backpack for emergencies.
